Known at International levels, Sardinian cookery is full of delicious foods, from pasta to meat to fish, accompanied by different forms of bread, their shapes denoting their origins; from rich, local cheeses, and full bodied wines.

All meals end with unforgettable deserts, rich in taste, from almonds to various varieties of honey, and liqueurs that remind us of the scent of the countryside, blackcurrants, laurel, basil, to name just a few of the spices of the Island.
